Four ways to train

Pick your pressure.

Every format runs on the same promise: a clear plan on the whiteboard, a coach on your form, and a little more weight or work than last week.

  • A lifter locking out a heavy deadlift beside stacked plates

    Strength

Squat, press, pull and hinge on a 12-week progression. Barbell basics for beginners, heavier blocks for the experienced.

  • An athlete slamming heavy battle ropes during an interval workout

    HIIT

Sleds, kettlebells, ropes and rowers in tight work-to-rest intervals. Sweat-soaked, scalable and done in 45 minutes.

    45 min · Max 14 · All levels

  • A woman folding into a deep stretch on a mat in a bright studio

    Mobility

Hips, shoulders and spine, opened up with slow flows, loaded stretching and foam rolling. Lift better, hurt less.

    45 min · Max 12 · All levels

  • A squat rack and bumper plates ready for use in an empty gym

    Open Gym

Racks, platforms and turf, all yours with a floor coach on hand. Bring your own programme or ask for a quick check.

Member stories

Proof, not promises.

Two members on what changed once they had a plan, a coach and a room full of people doing the work too.

“I walked in having never touched a barbell and honestly scared of the weight room. Marcus broke every lift into pieces I could actually do. Two years on, my back doesn't hurt and I pull 285 for fun.”

“Twelve-hour shifts used to flatten me. The small classes mean Tom notices when I'm gassed and scales the session, and Lena's Sunday mobility class is the best hour of my week.”

Before you book

Good questions.

Can't find your answer? Call (720) 555-0142 or email hello@ironlinefitness.com.

Do I need experience?

No. Every class is coached for all levels, and each movement has a beginner option and a harder one. About a third of our members had never trained before they joined.

What happens in my free class?

Arrive ten minutes early. A coach shows you around, asks about injuries and goals, and sets you up with a scaled version of the day's workout. There is no sales pitch during class, and you decide afterwards.

What should I bring?

Flat-soled shoes, clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We provide chalk, barbells, mats and towels. Lockers and showers are free to use.

How do bookings and cancellations work?

Book from the timetable up to 7 days ahead, or 14 days on Unlimited. Cancel up to four hours before class and your credit comes back. If a class is full, join the waitlist and we'll text you when a spot opens.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. There are no contracts. Pause or cancel any time with 7 days' notice, and unused 10-pack classes stay valid for four months.

I have an injury. Can I still train?

Usually, yes. Tell your coach before class and they'll adjust the movements around you. For recent surgery or a medical condition, please check with your doctor first.

Is there parking?

There's a free lot behind the building, plus two-hour street parking on Larimer. The gym is also five minutes' walk from the 38th & Blake A Line station.
